I've struggled with panic attacks for a while now. It's one of the worst feelings in the world. But I didn't make this blog to complain about my struggles, I made it to help others who share my struggles. I tried a LOT of things, but one thing kept helping me and I wanted to share it with you.



      Music. It was my one way to get away from my ugly, messed up emotions. I love music, I've always loved music. I absolutely adore singing and I've tried to learn a few instruments (but failed lol) including piano and guitar. So after I learned the art of music creating, I realized that music is very therapeutic for me. So I turned to my favorite thing of all, playlists. I made the ultimate anxiety playlist.
