What To Do When You're Bored *quarantine edition*

Be honest, you're bored. Really, really bored. Izabell is here to help, not burden you with her own boredom! So I came up with what I like to call " Quarantine Boredom Blitz". It goes like this:

1.Health

Workout- I know we all hate it, but come on we know it is the most satisfying thing ever. Keep your eyes peeled on my YouTube channel for more on this!!

Eating- You might be thinking "Come on! EATING?? That isn't healthy!!", but you'd be wrong. Eating can be healthy if you put the right things in your mouth i.e veggies, lean meats, natural sugars. There you go! Healthy eating!

Sleep- You might be wondering how the heck I'm gonna put sleep into this category, but trust me it fits! We all love sleeping and the reason is that we need it for our body to feel good and to do good! So, set your alarm for early and go to bed early! Comment your sleep results!!

Thats it for health!!

2.Fun

Hobbies- Hobbies are good for the soul, whether it's art, collecting, cooking, designing, etc. We NEED them!! If you don't have a hobby, I encourage you to look at this link to find some that you may like.

Board Games- Or as I like to call them "Bored Games". As a child, board games seemed way fun! Some of my personal faves: Monopoly, Codenames, Batteship, Sorry, Trouble, and the list goes on. Since all stores are closed and you can't physically buy board games anywhere, online stores can save you a lot of time being bored! Amazon Online Store

3.Productive

Notebooks- Writing is the key to my heart and the bounce to my jump, so obviously notebooks are the peanut to my butter. With a few simple materials you can write out an entire diary or a commonplace book (video about that on my Youtube channel)! Notebooks are very versatile too:). 

Habits- Habits are something that have to be learned over time and guess what? In quarantine you have TIME!!! Some great habits to learn over quarantine that will help you afterwards are: make your bed, skincare, healthy eating, cleaning, catching up on school work, etc. OR you can learn to break your bad habits (not gonna list those LOL)!

Be productive in the midst of all of this!



4.Clean

Literally cleaning- Cleaning has always seemed like something moms are supposed to do, but the truth is, we can help out in lots of ways! Doing a load of laundry for your mom can be a huge help during all of this. Mopping the floors, sweeping up a mess, washing a few dishes can also be a ginormous help! Especially while you and every member of you family is stuck in you house.

+ One bonus for breaking boredom
- With life moving slower, we have more time to do the important things like reading our bible, praying, and even watching you church (or another church) on Facebook Live. 

These four categories make up my method for boredom!! I really hope you can break boredom with this process and that you can make the most of this time! 

Also, I hope you didn't mind the two posts in one day thing! The first one today was SO short and I wasn't truly happy with it but it was a needed update and hopefully inspirational in this time of online school (even though I am an online school er anyways)!
