 Hi friend! I hope you are doing well. I haven't been on here in a while, I honestly kinda forgot this existed lol.  Recently I've been unmotivated and lazy and disorganized, etc. Also recently I've gotten so many new responsibilities. Which is awesome! As you all know, responsibility is something I think everyone needs to be successful in life!  BUT  I can't fulfill all of my responsibilities if I'm unmotivated and lazy and disorganized. So let's change that. STEP 1- Let Go Of Excess Whether it be clothing or clutter or stress or trash or anxiety or negative thoughts. If it's making you overflow, GET RID OF IT!  Clean room = Clean mind  I want my space to reflect my inner feelings. If I feel messy, my room will be messy. If I feel organized and ready, my room will be organized and ready. STEP 2- Refill When using the "excess mindset", we remove a lot from our lives. BUT if we don't "refill", it will simply refill with all of the same...
